Returns

Our fabric and wallpapers are bespoke and printed for you. We do not hold any stock. Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds unless the fabric or wallpaper is faulty. 

We're confident that you'll be happy with the quality of your purchase but please inspect on delivery.
If faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We cannot accept fabric returns once cut.  Wallpaper should be checked when two drops have been hung. If faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are well packed. We recommend using a delivery service which requires a signature to ensure that you have proof of return. The cost of returning an item is at your expense.

Once we have received your returned items we will email you to confirm receipt, and any refund due. Your refund will be processed and confirmed to you by email. Our payment providers will pass funds back to your card issuer within one working day and funds should be in your account within 3-5 days.
